At Bodybloom, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you choose. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all hygiene seals and tags intact

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened lingerie bottoms

  • Bodysuits with removed hygiene seals

  • Hosiery that has been tried on

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.

Return Shipping Costs

We aim to keep returns fair and transparent:

  • Full‑price items: Bodybloom covers the return shipping cost.

  • Discounted or sale items: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a tracked service for all returns.

How to Start a Return

Email our support team at info@bodybloom.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to show the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
