At Bodybloom, we take pride in offering high‑quality lingerie, shapewear and nightwear. For hygiene and safety reasons, we follow a strict returns policy to protect all customers.

Non‑Returnable Items

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following once opened or tried on:

  • Lingerie
  • Bodysuits
  • Shapewear
  • Nightwear
  • Hosiery & stockings
  • Clubwear

This policy ensures the highest hygiene standards for all customers.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • The item is unworn, unused and still sealed in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is in the same condition as delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will notify you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 working days for processing, depending on your bank.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Lost or Unreturned Parcels

We recommend using a tracked service for returns. Bodybloom is not responsible for lost or unreturned parcels sent by the customer.
